Every canyon started with drops of water. No business can be built the way it exists today.

The greatest companies on earth today did one tiny thing very, very well and then they expanded horizontally a/or vertically.

1. Apple started with a computer at a hobbyist group.
2. Google started with the best search engine when the internet was growing massively.
3. Facebook started with a college network at Harvard only.

Do not boil the ocean. it is easy to dominate a small market, then expand strategically.
